Dawn came very highly recommended to me, and she turned out to be everything I wanted in a realtor. She was always happy to answer all my questions and was very knowledgeable about the rental process. She put me at ease was a great combination of very easy to work with and accommodating, as well as answered all of my business questions. She was helpful in taking excellent pictures to showcase my property as well as vetting the best potential tenants. She helped in each step, and I would highly recommend her.

Buying a house can be incredibly challenging! This is why it is important to work with the right people to help facilitate a smooth transaction. Dawn is that person to work with on the real estate agent side of things. I've been working with Dawn for many years looking at houses, she always maintained a PATIENCE and a great attitude. She always had helpful suggestions and recommendations, was always willing to take me out to see a place I was interested in. Once we had an offer in on a house and were "in the process," Dawn not only helped push the deal forward but also provided emotional support. Like I said, buying a house can be challenging and frustrating and Dawn helped me maintain my sanity throughout. If you need a realtor in the Somerset area, look no further!

Dawn was knowledgeable of all areas of real estate. The entire transaction went just as smoothly as she said it would. Dawn had a buyer for me within hours of listing my home. I am very happy with the service I was given and would call Dawn whenever I need a realtor!! She is one of the best Somerset realtors for a reason. She knows her stuff.

I am so happy with my entire process of buying a home with Dawn from beginning to end. She was very responsive to questions and was very knowledgeable and informative. She also suggested things that I didn't think of asking. Her referrals were also great. We are so thankful to her! You absolutely cannot go wrong with Dawn!
