I stumbled upon a home that I was interested in buying and saw that Davis Holt & team were the selling agency on the property next door. I reached out to Davis and he was fantastic - he was very genuine, gave great advice and wanted what was best for us. Even though we did not end up purchasing the home, I can confidently say that this team goes above and beyond and has your best interest in mind.

Davis Holt and The Results Team did a tremendous job preparing us for the home-selling process and worked closely with us as we established pricing goals and the follow-up negotiating strategy. In the end, we achieved a high price/sf that reflected the significant upgrades that we had made to our home.
