When I tell you that David Tripp III and Laquita Tripp went above and beyond the call of duty to get our house sold. They did. Their communication was outstanding, and they never missed a phone call. David Tripp was my agent when I bought my first home in January 2020. The process was so much easier thanks to his expertise. David was the only agent I contacted when it was time to sell that home in 2024. He is professional, friendly, and streamlined the process both buying and selling. If you have a question, he answers it immediately. If he doesn't know, he will find the answer for you within 24 hours. David will update you every step of the way. We listed my home a few thousand above the zestimate due to some upgrades. Thanks to David's patience, and readiness for showings, the home sold above the appraisal value at the original listing price we selected. I cannot recommend David enough for anyone needing an agent.

I was a first time home seller. At the onset, Mr. David Tripp provided me on an on-going basis with step-by-step guidance. His follow-up after every showing demonstrated his commitment to the selling process. He always asked me if I had questions and kept me abreast of the market trends. Respectfully, on those few occasions when he was unclear about how best to answer a question that I asked, he always with a 24-hour period provided me with an answer. I highly recommend him. I leave this review with only one word, "gratitude".
