Was shown a home that I was immediately interested in. Put in an application and then spoke with David about how long of a wait I’d be expecting. He told me to email him at the end of the week and he’d let me know if he had heard anything. So i did just that and got no response. Waited the weekend then called him Monday, and he said he hadn’t talked to the owner yet and that he’d give me a call as soon as he did. Needless to say, again he never got back to me. Seemed unprofessional, even if my application was rejected, a notification would have been appreciated. Comes off as unreliable.

David was a professional in every part of buying our house. He was also very knowledgeable about the area and the companies that we needed to work with. In Sanpete County you would be hard pressed to find anyone better.

David Sedlak is the kind of realtor who get`s things done. David has the knowledge to communicate with people to, choose a listing price, negotiating the selling price, following through with all the leg work that needs to be done for all realestate transactions. David is a hands on person who did a wonderful job for me.
