David Rogers did an incredible job as the seller of my home. Whenever there was an issue that needed to be fixed or the house needed to be made more attractive to the buyer he handled EVERYTHING PERFECTLY. Whatever the issue was he would always find someone to take care of the problem (he has someone on file for every possible situation) and get things resolved quickly so I didn't have to worry about it. What makes him even more amazing is that he did this during the covid pandemic! Thanks to him I was able to stay in the comfort of my home (which wasn't close to the house I was trying to sell) while he took care of all of the details. You can't imagine how much his help reduced my stress level. I couldn't even imagine someone better than David as the seller of my home. I will recommend him to anyone I know since I have no doubts that he will do an excellent job. He works hard to get people to see your home and goes way beyond the normal call of duty for a broker. He will keep you well informed about every detail of your home and even comfort you if you are stressed out about your home getting sold (which was especially important since my home was being sold during the pandemic). He is truly a wonder and I feel very lucky and blessed that I chose him as my broker.

David Rogers is a rock star! Not only did he list our house, but he also contracted all needed repairs and improvements. The work he did was exemplary, and, as a result, the day the house went on the market, there were six showings and six offers - all of them above the asking price. We closed within two weeks of listing. David really does good work, and I recommend him most highly.
