David lacks integrity and deserves zero stars. Unfortunately, David advised my Husband and I to purchase a home in 2022 with no contingency (basically as-is). To date, we have experienced multiple plumbing repair issues and have lost over $170k in out of pocket expenses all due to the horrible counsel of David. Unfortunately, David takes no accountability for anything. Please do yourself a favor and find another real estate professional you do not want to end up in the situation we are left with to fight on our own still 3 years later as of October 10, 2025. David ran off with his commission and could care less about the damage he caused by disappearing!!

Our experience with David Landsman as a realtor was extremely disappointing. My wife and I purchased what we believed would be our dream home in 2022, only to discover numerous undisclosed issues that have become a financial nightmare. Rather than representing our best interests, David seemed solely focused on his own financial gain. One of the biggest mistakes we made was trusting his advice. He encouraged us to sign a contract without a contingency, which has left us in a terrible situation. As homebuyers, we relied on his guidance, but instead of protecting us, he played on our lack of experience and gave us terrible counsel. If you're looking for an agent who truly prioritizes YOUR best interests, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and find a real advocate—someone who is honest, transparent, and actually stands by their word. DO NOT LIST OR BUY WITH DAVID LANDSMAN!!!!!!!

David is the best real estate agent you could have! We started the process from across the country, and the process was made so much simpler with videos of properties for us. David went out of his way with recommendations and guidance on financing, and being patient with us throughout. Outstanding agent and person to work with and help us in buying our home. I would HIGHLY recommend him to everyone looking to buy or sell. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!

Please look elsewhere. If you are looking for an Agent who truly will protect your best interests on the buying and/or selling end please reconsider working with David. Unfortunately, my Husband and I put all of our trust in David and he led us to purchasing a home with mold. To date, he's done nothing to assist us and we've been left with over $20k in repairs following closing. All he cares about is making money. There are so many other Agents and Brokers available in Metro Atlanta to assist you.
