Working with David Godin and The Godin Group powered by LPT Realty in Troy, Michigan was an incredible experience. I was buying from out of town and worked with David for over a year, never once feeling pressured. He was always available for virtual and in person showings, patient with my timeline, and truly treated me like family. When we walked into the home that was meant for me in Shelby Township, Michigan, I just knew. David and The Godin Group were amazing to work with from start to finish. He helped us create a plan that allowed us to achieve our financial goals while being as painless as buying and selling a home can be. He first helped us fine the perfect condo to downsize into which saved us the hastle of managing an active family life in a home that had to be always "showroom ready". This allowed for the advantage of having our home virtually staged and ready for a last minute showing. He guided us on pricing and marketing strategy, and suggested one small adjustment midstream that led to a great offer! David and his team's communication, professionalism, and negotiation skills made the process smooth and successful. This includes comminucation with all the parties home seller/buyers need to associate with: title companies, lenders, etc. Looking back at when this process started, we are very happy with our selection of the Godin Group for buying our new home and selling our old home.
