After my father’s death, I was selling the house he and my mother had lived in for 47 years. Their home was in Louisiana and I was in Texas. My husband and I interviewed several realtors and chose David Beckham for his professionalism, expertise, and knowledge. David did not answer my phone calls, emails, and texts within days or even hours. Almost always, it was MINUTES!!! It may have been a text saying, “I am with a client. I will get back to you soon.” I so appreciated his promptness in getting back to a client that was 400 miles away! THREE days after the sign went into the yard, we had a full asking price contract on the house! David walked my husband and I through the offer line by line. He then arranged for all the tradesmen that needed to enter the house for small repairs and cleaning. He kept us appraised every step of the way and I trusted him completely. I had nothing to do but write the checks! Thank you, David Beckham, for making this process so easy! You are a ROCKSTAR!!!!

David Beckham made my first home buying experience easy and way less stressful than I had imagined it could be. Very professional, easy to communicate with and always ready to answer any questions I had. Never made me feel pressured into making decisions and really made me feel like he was looking out for me and wanted me to be 100% happy with my home.

David embraced my family and I was able to accomplish 100% of what he said he was going to do. He genuinely cared that we be taken care of and acted as if we not happy he wouldn't be satisfied. I would recommend him to all my friends and family in the area. Thank you so much David for being a man of integrity.

David was extremely knowledgeable about the area and helped us make the most of the short time we had to search. His upfront advice, flexibility, organization, and communication made our search, negotiations, and purchase processes seamless. And even now he continues to help us with contractor recommendations and anything else we need. I would definitely recommend to him friends and family, and anyone else looking for a home in the Alexandria area.

David Beckham was the best realtor me and my wife had without a doubt. It took me and my wife two years of searching and going through multiple realtors. I am very big on responsiveness to clients and standing behind what you say you will do, and out of of everyone we had David was on top of it from day one. He didn’t push us one way or another and was quick to answer any and every question we had, and we had a lot being first time home buyers. I recommend him to everyone if there selling or buying. David Beckham has all of our business when it comes to buying and selling in the future.
