This was my first time selling a house, and Dave and his team were incredibly helpful and responsive to my needs (of which there were many). Dave came to my house soon after I called him up and we had the house on the market within about five days. Even though it was a tough market, he still managed to help me get multiple offers and ultimately choose the right one. I really felt like he was on my side and by my side every step of the way. I absolutely recommend him.

Courtney is a wealth of knowledge regarding Colorado real estate. We didn’t have a great idea of what we wanted but it didn’t take her long to put us on the right property. We enjoyed working with her and will continue to in the future.

10/10!!! Thank you Courtney and the whole team from Janis Properties! We could not be happier, for all of you made this experience stress free and uncomplicated. We are so happy with our new home here in Colorado excited to put down our roots. Being new residents to Colorado, we were a little nervous about the competitive nature of the housing market here, however, Courtney was professional, matter of fact, very knowledgeable of the area, and over the top flexible to our needs and wants for a home. After we went under contract, the office staff was timely, proficient, and extremely thorough to help us with the quick close that we desired. We really appreciate how hard everyone worked on our behalf to make this a reality!

Dave sold our house, as he promised from the beginning. Our house was not easy to sell, we had a lot of competitions and we also had several difficult prospective buyers with outlandish requests. Not only is he knowledgeable, experienced, responsible, with great negotiation skills, but also, on top of everything, he understands you, the client. He is compassionate, willing to help his clients above and beyond. We will recommend Dave without hesitation to our friends and our family or anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

Without hesitation, I would recommend working with Courtney. Through no fault of Courtney's, our house deal fell through days before our closing and Courtney's communication was thorough and timely; she made a difficult situation much more bearable by providing thoughtful and rational counsel when we most needed it. We continued in the process of buying a house and Courtney continued to be a great partner with her patience, responsiveness, and humor. We now call Courtney a friend and wish we could buy another house tomorrow just to work with her!
