DJ was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was referred to me by my parents who she was also their realtor for their waterfront property in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. From the moment I contacted her from New Hampshire communicating in different states and time zones an hour apart. If we told her we were interested in a property within an hour she was at the property video chatting with us. Or making a date and time for us to virtually see the property as we were in another state. The first property that we wanted was in high demand. People were offering over asking we offered asking with no contingencies. She drew up the paperwork and was on top of it within minutes within the next few hours we had our contract completed offer submitted, ultimately we did not win that home, but DJ went above and beyond. I can’t say enough about her pleasant personality. Besides the fact that she’s absolutely gorgeous, she is a beautiful person. She’s serious about her job. She’s People and business oriented. I have nothing but accolades for this woman who works extremely hard to make sure that you get what you want.

DJ was an exceptional real estate agent. She would meet us at a moments notice to view properties any time we asked. She had a remarkable knowledge base regarding vacation/rental property. She was also very helpful throughout the purchasing process. She handled the walkthrough and repairs in our stead as we live out of town. She was also very helpful finding contractors for some renovations. She exceeded our expectations of a real estate agent. We highly recommend her for anyone buying or selling in that area.

DJ helped me purchase a vacation rental in Florida. I live in California so I wasn't able to be there in person, but DJ took care of everything and did facetime walk-through tours to keep me in the loop. She is nothing short of amazing!

DJ was amazing. Our lender was a little difficult to work with but DJ really stepped up and helped us get the loan done even though it wasn't her responsibility. I will definitely be using her again in the future and recommending her to anyone that wants to purchase in the area.

DJ did a great job helping us sell our beach rental property in 2021. She worked incredibly hard in a short period of time to get the house ready for sale and made herself available at all hours. Highly recommend her dad f you are looking for someone that will be there for you every step of the way.
