Dan is the best. My wife and I were new to home buying and he took is from start to finish. He was helpful, friendly, and explained everything we needed to know. He's still helping us get setup by answering questions, checking in, etc. Again, couldn't be happier.

There's a reason we've been working with Dan for almost four years. Dan has already helped us sell and buy three properties. As they say, all you need to sell is one buyer. I would add that you also need a good, experienced real estate agent—the kind of person who knows the market inside out, who will listen to your concerns, and who will give you sound advice. That's the kind of broker Dan is. Thank you, Dan, for selling our cabin and closing the deal on time.

Dan did an excellent job representing us in our purchase. Very knowledgeable and responsive throughout the process. He took multiple calls and in person meetings with us and walked us through all issue related to the purchase. I would recommend him 100%.

We were fortunate that Dan took our request for an agent here. I recommend seeking him out instead if you want your home buying/selling process to be in the hands of someone who cares and takes the fear out and the confidence in that makes it a fond experience. Thank you Dan for hauling my lawn mower from my old house to my new one. I'll think of you every time I crank it up!

We were very pleased with the expertise and helpfulness Dan provided to us when we were shopping for our home in NE Georgia. Dan knew the area, made sure he took us to a variety of homes (we had several kinds of homes and locations to research). The home we found is perfect for us. Dan did an excellent job of leading us through the steps to make an offer, do some negotiating, and conclude the purchase. The negotiations and signing of documents were done electronically as we were 4,000 miles from Georgia at that point. You will be in good hands when you work with Dan!!
