Daniel is an amazing realtor that I can't say enough good things about! From the first phone contact to his showing me different homes, to the closing, Daniel was responsive, friendly, articulate, and proved himself to be quite knowledgeable about this geographic area. He has much integrity and clearly loves his work. At no point did I feel pressured to purchase a particular home; at the same time I felt supported and as if Daniel was keeping me objective. Overall, he did such a great job educating me about pertinent issues and being the best advocate I could hope for in this daunting process. I highly recommend him.

Daniel did an outstanding job in assisting us to help sell our Pocono Lake property. He was always reachable and available when needed. Daniel was very helpful in assuring that those who needed access to the gated community, he would facilitate, and went above and beyond in doing so. There was clear communication between us to assure we were all on the same page. I highly recommend Daniel for your real estate needs in the Mount Pocono area.

Dan did a great job getting my property sold. I received a post card in the mail and gave him a call. We discussed the property and settled on a price, He got my property sold in a couple of weeks. Quick and easy. All paperwork was done remotely and he followed up on each step. Dan is very professional and lets you know exactly what's going on and when. Great job!

Dan is the best. We were busy in NY most of the time but we were confident in Dan's ability to sell our home. We just let him run with it. 3 weeks later we had a closing date and a offer at our full asking price. Dan worked hard to make it happen. price.
