Daniel "D.K." is an amazing realtor. He is very responsive, hands on, and a reality talker. I felt 100% supported through the process of selling a home and buying a home. I had some small hiccups throughout the show and he was there a long the journey. I highly recommend him as a realtor and appreciate all the support and feel like he was right there with me along the journey.

Dan Kiernan at Majors Realty is one of the most professional realtors we have ever met. We started our house buying process with minimal knowledge of the process and Dan helped us every step along the way. Even when we encountered problems in the process that seemed insurmountable, Dan and his team handled it easily and eventually we found a house we love. I had a pleasure working with Dan Kiernan as my realtor in buying our first house here in Alaska. He goes above and beyond in assisting us in the whole buying process. I worked with Daniel Kiernan from Majors Realty in Fairbanks, Alaska to purchase my home there. Dan kept in contact with me over the last year and was immediately available when the house I wanted went on the market. I was in Florida and he worked with my son arranging a time to show the house. He worked with me to get the offer submitted the same day and it was approved the next day. Dan had the answers to all of my questions and gave me advice concerning home sales in Alaska.
