Dan was so attentive to our needs every step of the way. We were operating with some budgetary constraints as buyers in a prominent higher priced market and Dan was instrumental in getting us into exactly the home we had in mind. Dan was the perfect Agent for our first time home buying experience! Before walking in the door to our first meeting with Dan, we knew very little about the home buying process. He spent the better part of his afternoon explaining every concept and every step we would need to take from that first meeting until closing – not to mention our endless follow up questions! Dan’s explanations were clear and concise, and we left our meeting with the knowledge and confidence to navigate the next steps. Dan’s stand-out qualities as an Agent were his consistent communication and matter-of-fact approach. From the beginning, we got a checklist of every step we needed to complete and when it needed to be completed by. I’ve always been skeptical of real estate agents thinking they are only concerned with selling you something. My experience with Dan changed everything. He was so kind, helpful and not pushy at all. I truly felt he was more concerned with me getting a house that made sense for my life. He know so much about houses, owning property, being a fair landlord and countless other things. He also cares deeply about the community he lives in. To this day he still checks in on me and feels like a trusted confidant.
