Dan was truly phenomenal in handling all the details of both our buying a second home and in purchasing property. I was not familiar with the town he was so helpful in introducing us to everything and helping me make the connections with everything from getting utilities set up to internet connections. He arranged for surveys and inspections, taking time to walk the property himself, which really helped since we lived out of town. On top of that he helped with negotiations. Dan was a tremendous help during the process of selling my mother's home. Even when a couple things came up that were a little stressful, we were confident in his abilities to navigate us through. After careers in the military, we have moved 12 times. Dan is by far the best realtor for our buying experience ever. He worked with us to help figure out what options we had and was always there to show us new properties- traveling hours to meet up and see other properties at times. If you want great support, hard work and a positive attitude- this is your realtor!

I highly recommend Dan! He was super easy to work with and very responsive. After listing our property, we were under contract in days and closed about 5 weeks later. The process was super easy and we would absolutely use Dan again!
