Dana is an amazing realtor! She helped us for over 18 months, through seeing dozens of homes and quite a few offers before she found the perfect home for us. On top of that, she sold our previous home quickly and above market. She was always available to answer our questions and show us houses, while working around our busy schedules. Dana was exceptional! We live out of state and needed to purchased a home for our son while he attends university. The market at the time was very competitive and we knew very little about the area. Dana did an impressive job selling our home in a very challenging and uncertain time. Although the world was changing minute to minute, everything went incredibly smooth. Dana is the best and highly recommend her. We worked with her when we initially bought our house and again when we sold it before moving abroad. It was listed for only 5 days before getting offers! Her knowledge of the market and her strategy are very well thought of. She guided us through the entire process and kept us informed of all the next steps.
