WE can see why Dan already has a 4.9 rating. It was our good fortune to have encountered Dan in our search for what we thought would be a perfect waterfront getaway. From the point in which he introduced us to the property we eventually bought, he was a perfect intermediary between the sellers and us. Responding immediately to all our questions and concerns while providing valuable information and background references for area we weren't familiar with. Also connecting us to a network of potential inspectors, service providers and local information... He is very friendly and is a exceptional sales person. He deserves a 5 star rating!
