Rachel was fantastic from the very first phone call! Her professionalism and attention to detail shined through every step of the way. She truly went above and beyond—making herself available at all hours, meeting with contractors, inspectors, and anyone else needed at the house during the closing process. Rachel was absolutely incredible! When we finally found the perfect home, we had a tight deadline and needed to close incredibly fast. Thanks to Rachel’s expertise and her excellent lender recommendation, we managed to pull off a four-day close—which is nearly unheard of! We can’t say enough good things about Rachel. If you want someone who’s dedicated, responsive, and genuinely cares about her clients, look no further. We highly recommend her!

Rachel was INCREDIBLE!!! Our experience with her was wonderful. She helped my husband and me buy our first house. As first time home buyers she was so great at walking us through the process. She was SO responsive and was able to adapt around our busy schedules and last minute requests. She is truly always on it and working 24/7! She gave great advice and would be candid with us when we needed her to, but was also was supportive of whatever we told her we wanted to do! I truly cannot recommend her enough and am so thankful that we had her on our side through our first home buying process!

Holly Suddath is an excellent Realtor who provides excellent customer service. I highly recommend her! Holly is patient, professional, knowledgeable, calm, diligent and overall a sweet person. When you hire Holly as your realtor you also get a person who will give you facts without forcing their opinion AND she provides excellent suggestions on everything from architecture to design - when asked. We feel lucky to have worked with Holly on more than one real estate transaction and was referred by a member of our family. That makes Holly part of our family right? Rachel was beyond helpful and patient with us! We were shopping for a new house here is Georgia but still lived in California. She took the time to show us every single house we thought we were interested in and was extremely thorough in pointing out all of the little things that might bother us about each house and she was right every time! She was kind enough to travel all over almost every inch of North Georgia showing us different houses and recommending others once she figured out our style even before we realized what is was! ?? Rachel is great and I recommend her to everyone that tells me they are looking for a new home or looking to sell here in Georgia.
