Rachel was INCREDIBLE!!! Our experience with her was wonderful. She helped my husband and me buy our first house. As first time home buyers she was so great at walking us through the process. She was SO responsive and was able to adapt around our busy schedules and last minute requests. She is truly always on it and working 24/7! She gave great advice and would be candid with us when we needed her to, but was also was supportive of whatever we told her we wanted to do! I truly cannot recommend her enough and am so thankful that we had her on our side through our first home buying process!

Holly Suddath is an excellent Realtor who provides excellent customer service. I highly recommend her! Holly is patient, professional, knowledgeable, calm, diligent and overall a sweet person. When you hire Holly as your realtor you also get a person who will give you facts without forcing their opinion AND she provides excellent suggestions on everything from architecture to design - when asked. We feel lucky to have worked with Holly on more than one real estate transaction and was referred by a member of our family. That makes Holly part of our family right? Thank you for the great service...

Rachel was beyond helpful and patient with us! We were shopping for a new house here is Georgia but still lived in California. She took the time to show us every single house we thought we were interested in and was extremely thorough in pointing out all of the little things that might bother us about each house and she was right every time! She was kind enough to travel all over almost every inch of North Georgia showing us different houses and recommending others once she figured out our style even before we realized what is was! ?? Rachel is great and I recommend her to everyone that tells me they are looking for a new home or looking to sell here in Georgia.

We are highly recommending Rachel Ross to anyone looking to buy their first, second, or third home. From the first conversation we had over the phone it was clear that she has a proven methodology to get her clients into the perfect home. Rachel takes the time to listen to her clients needs/wants/interests at each and every step of the buying process. Our preferences changed quite a bit over the several months of house hunting - Rachel has great intuition and uses that to help guide indecisive buyers like ourselves. We were also extremely impressed with Rachel's work ethic, honesty and integrity. She always picks up the phone when we call, answers every email in a timely fashion, and never skipped over any detail - whether it be pointing out imperfections in a house we were viewing, navigating contracts, or educating us in each phase of the buying/closing process. Making the biggest investment of our lives should have been much more intimidating, but our concerns were always met with the patience and understanding that you would expect more from a family member or friend. We never felt an ounce of pressure from Rachel - only support and guidance. Thank you Rachel Ross for everything you have done for us. I have never felt like someone had my back more. We hired Rachel when we bought our new house and she was in our corner as if she was family! She always showed up documents in hand about each place, answers to every question ready (or asked to the sellers immediately if unknown), catching mistakes on closing documents, amazing communication, great recommendations on professionals to use (i.e Mike) and she was always on time. We looked for a few months and we felt like we put her through so much during that time! She never so much as looked even mildly concerned. I used other realtors before I realized realtors like her existed. Do yourself a favor and call her. If she isn’t available because she has hit her max client limit…. Wait until she is. Worth it x100! If you can’t tell… We love you Rachel!
