As a first time buyer Andrea helped me reach my dream of owning my own home. During the process I had alot of questions and would call her all stressed out. She always picked up for me, got me answers, and calmed me down. She is intelligent, hardworking, but more importantly authentic and honest. She was a real advocate for me, and in the end got me into the house that was perfect for me. If you are a first time buyer and you need someone who will be a real advocate for you, than Andrea is the one for you.

Working with Andrea was wonderful. She was so patient and kind with us during this process. She is a wealth of knowledge and truly cares about her clients. This was our first time purchasing a home and there were a lot of hiccups along the way. She headed our anxieties and never steered us wrong! She is very communicative and always encouraged us to reach out to her with any questions. She went above and beyond for us even after the sale. I am t beyond grateful we connected with her and she was our agent. I will always recommend her to my friends and family for their home buying/selling needs!

Josh went above and beyond our expectations. He was particularly attentive to some special circumstances we had. He was extremely helpful, cheerful, and also realistic. Josh Packer represented us as the buyer's agent. We found Josh through an inquiry regarding a property listed on Zillow. Josh was the first to respond and he listened to our questions and was responsive from the start. We were exploring the area and didn't really know what we wanted. Josh was patient and helped us explore until we found what fit our needs. We felt very supported by him and believed he was always on our side looking after our interests. We appreciated the good relationships he had with the mortgage company, the seller agent, and the settlement company. It all made the transactions on our side seamless.
