When we moved to Pittsburgh 5 years ago, we had the good fortune of working with Corey purely by luck. He found us a great home and could not have been easier to work with. Circumstances change, so when we decided to sell, there was only one person in the world that we would trust to sell our home in a tough market; Corey Kelly aka Magical Real Estate Genius. Selling a home is fraught with excitement and despair in equal measure. Corey is such a great communicator and steady voice of reason that despite any setback, we knew that he would continue to work with us and on our behalf to get the job done. Besides the work of selling a home, Corey is such a joy to be around that you might wish that you had multiple homes to sell just so that you could keep working with him. We cannot recommend Corey enough. If you need a realtor for any reason, Corey is your choice.

Corey was so incredible to work with though the process of buying our first home. We were referred by a friend and he helped us at each step along the way (which we entered clueless aside from having an idea of the home we wanted). He recommended contacts with mortgage lenders, inspectors, and guided us through expectations and questions to help us close on time. We so appreciated how fun and easy he was to work with! We would 100% recommend Corey to anyone!

I had the opportunity to work with Corey for the purchase of my first home. Knowing how the housing market is, I wanted someone with experience and that would be straightforward. Corey is everything you need in a realtor: knowledgeable, responsive, reliable, and honest. We are so grateful to have reconnected with Corey to assist us with the purchase of our new home. He was incredibly patient with us, as the selling of our previous home (out of state) took longer than expected. During that time, he was very communicative as we kept him in the loop of the selling of our previous property. Once we were able to begin our home buying process, he was readily available. He ensured to answer any of our questions. He is very knowledgeable and thorough throughout the process. Corey was able to provide us with great insight while completing the inspection, as well as prioritizing the work that needed completed. We cannot thank Corey enough for his support, and are so grateful to have the opportunity to work with him. We highly recommend Corey to all of our family and friends!

Corey has been an amazing realtor. We just recently closed on our first home and Corey was a huge help throughout the process. He broke down the process in the beginning and then any questions we had along the way we immediately got responses. Initially, we were unsure if we wanted a resale home or new construction and Corey was able to open up both of these worlds to us allowing us to make a decision. We moved back to Pittsburgh from out of state, which was a challenge. Corey's knowledge of the area helped spark some great ideas for us to help narrow down locations of where we wanted to live making our transition back to Pittsburgh seamless. Corey was very thorough throughout the process. He was very knowledgable and detailed about things to look for when buying resale. For example we toured a home in Mt. Lebanon and given the production date of the home Corey recommended certain types of inspections for that home and routine maintenance we would likely face with the style of roof that was on the home. After we chose to go the new build route we were pleased to have Corey with us along the way. There were lulls during the construction process but Corey routinely checked in on us making sure everything was going normal. We were able to reach out to Corey during our design and building process to get his helpful opinion. Corey also attended our new home orientation with us and was able to hold our builder accountable for any discrepancies we faced. Corey also sent us update pictures and videos of our new construction which was amazing. I would definitely recommend Corey for all your realty needs; again we were very impressed.
