Are you looking to work with the best realtor in Big Bear? Well Genelle is it! We tried contacting several agents in Big Bear with no reply. Genelle was fast to respond and fast to send us listing with our requirements. She’s lived in big bear for a long time and knows the area well. We live 2 hours away and she sent us various video tours when we couldn’t be there and when we were able to visit, she set up the times for us to view the houses we wanted to see. She also told us which listings we should skip because as you know pictures could be deceiving . This saved us a lot of time. Once we found the house we wanted, which had offers, she helped us create an offer the sellers couldn’t refuse. Even after closing the deal, Genelle has continued to reach out, checking in on us and helped us throughout our first vacation home/rental experience. Genelle does “All the things” and makes you feel like you’re a part of her family. We found a great realtor but also gained a new friend! Thank you Genelle!

Genelle is a dream! I could not have asked for a better, more knowledgeable agent. We bought our first vacation home with Genelle and it could not have gone any better. Genelle and her team are extremely kind, accommodating, prompt and very helpful. While she was always professional, she always made me feel taken care of. I was never made to feel like my questions were unwelcome nor did I ever feel like a burden. Genelle addressed all my concerns in a way that put me at ease. She’s easy to understand and so thoughtful. I feel like I did very little as she made sure all the details were looked after. Genelle has a special way of letting you know she’s always there to help even after the transaction is closed. She’s just the BEST and a joy. Not to mention she has all the best contacts for Big Bear that you may need. All her referrals have been amazing as well. Genelle is a GEM!!!!
