Throughout the entire process, he was reassuring, super helpful, and genuinely cared about making us feel comfortable and confident in our decisions. He even offered advice and encouragement on unfamiliar road conditions on our drive home after appointments, which meant more than he probably knows. Evan has continued to go above and beyond by following up with thoughtful recommendations for local services and potential rental options for our new place. Joyce was AMAZING to work with not only does she know the area and surrounding areas but her charm, wit, professionalism and understanding went well above and beyond. She was ever ready and available for anything I needed- whether it was support, guidance or just an ear to bounce ideas off . Being down the hill Joyce met with contractors on my behalf and guided me through the process of upgrading as well as through escrow. She’s the real deal- all in one package and I cannot thank her or recommend her enough. She’s absolutely amazing.
