    Joyce was AMAZING to work with not only does she know the area and surrounding areas but her charm, wit, professionalism and understanding went well above and beyond. She was ever ready and available for anything I needed- whether it was support, guidance or just an ear to bounce ideas off . Being down the hill Joyce met with contractors on my behalf and guided me through the process of upgrading as well as through escrow. She’s the real deal- all in one package and I cannot thank her or recommend her enough. She’s absolutely amazing.

    Joyce was fantastic to work with! She helped my wife and I find the perfect vacation rental condo—Lakefront and Local—and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Our 21-day escrow went off without a hitch thanks to her knowledge, responsiveness, and easy-going style. We also really appreciated the thoughtful welcome gift.     I can’t say enough wonderful things about Kaleigh. She had absolute knowledge of the homes and area. I always felt comfortable that she had my best interest at heart and went above and beyond as far as giving up a part of her commission to make me happy!     We are beyond grateful that we met Joyce Cooper—she helped us purchase our new home, and we had a truly wonderful experience working with her! Before meeting Joyce, we had been working with another realtor who unfortunately wasn’t a great fit. He often came across as pushy and was not very responsive. He usually called us only in the evenings and rarely answered our messages in a timely manner. It felt like we were just one of many clients, and that personal connection and trust were missing. We were feeling frustrated and unsure—until we met Joyce. We discovered Joyce by chance when we decided to check out an Open House on Fox Drive on Saturday, May 31. We didn’t even have an appointment—we just happened to be in the area and saw that it was open. Joyce greeted us with a warm smile and was incredibly welcoming. She was easy to talk to, respectful of our opinions, and gave us the space to explore without hovering or pushing. Unlike the previous agent we worked with, she wasn’t loud or overbearing. She made us feel comfortable and heard. Something about that interaction made us feel like Joyce was the one we were meant to work with. You just know! That decision turned out to be one of the best we’ve made. From the start, Joyce was professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable about the area. She knew the neighborhoods, the renting trends, the market trends—you name it. Anytime we had a question or concern, she was quick to respond. Even when we hit the typical bumps—like going back and forth with counteroffers—we never once felt stressed or confused, because Joyce always had our best interests in mind. She explained everything clearly and made sure we understood what was happening at each stage. We truly felt that she represented us, not just the sale. Joyce was always honest and transparent, and that trust made a huge difference. She worked tirelessly for us, and we could see how committed she was to making sure we found the right home—not just any home. This was our second time purchasing a home, and it was by far the most enjoyable experience we’ve had. We highly recommend Joyce to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She is hardworking, reliable, respectful, and genuinely cares about her clients. She listens, she follows through, and she doesn’t waste your time. One major piece of advice we’d love to share with other buyers—especially first-time buyers: Be very careful when signing a buyer’s agent agreement. Don’t commit for more than a week at first. Use that time to see if the agent is the right fit for you. Unfortunately, my husband signed a two-month agreement with the first agent we worked with, and it became clear pretty quickly that it wasn’t going to work out. We had to go through the process of breaking that contract before we could officially work with Joyce. If we had known then what we know now, we would have waited and made sure we were working with someone who truly represented us from the start. Joyce Cooper was exactly that person—and we’re so grateful to her. If you’re looking for a realtor who is responsive, respectful, knowledgeable, and genuinely on your side, Joyce Cooper at Keller Williams Realty, is the one. You will not regret it!
