Linda was amazing! She has many years experience and provided extensive knowledge and insight on the local market. She is also very detailed oriented and guided us through the whole process. She is also a very thorough communicator, keeping escrow, the lender, the seller and the us, the buyer, all on the same page on all issues. I cannot say enough about her. She is the best agent I've ever had the pleasure of working with.

Our realtor Genelle Rich-Easterby was introduced to us via a mutual friend. You ever meet that one person who seems unstoppable, would do anything to get the job done, and was genuinely a nice person? Genelle fits that description perfectly. Genelle tromped through 3-foot snowbanks to provide access to Big Bear cabins that we thought we wanted to view. All the time we looked at our cabin list, she was asking questions and clarifying our needs. We even looked at one cabin on three separate occasions on the same day trying to figure out how we could make it work. She could tell that we were getting frustrated and offered a suggestion to just “peek” at a cabin that she believed was something that might interest us. Guess what? We walked through the front door and were greeted by Bear carvings, a huge fireplace, the perfect number of rooms for all our kids and grandkids, and a great fenced yard for our fur babies that basically told us we had arrived at the new “CroupeDaVille Cabin”. Genelle’s expertise and understanding of the various neighborhoods in Big Bear and the surrounding communities was unsurpassed. Even after signing the papers for the “CroupeDaVille Cabin”, she remained in constant communications with us to ensure our Big Bear migration was successful. We are beyond impressed with Genelle’s work ethic and initiative. She has made a normally stressful transaction, smooth as the bunny slopes of Big Bear. Thanks again Genelle!!

Dallas is an amazing realtor -- as a first time home buyer who had already fallen out of escrow with a previous realtor, I was looking for someone fast, efficient, aggressive, and someone motivated to help me get into the home of my dreams. Dallas did just that and provided a ton of education for me along the way and post-purchase. He's incredibly well connected within the BB community for any inspection/home renovation needs and always happy to help. Really couldn't recommend working with him enough!

Had a great experience working with Dallas to buy my first home. He’s energetic and knowledgeable about the area. He respected my budget and my non-negotiables, and he pointed out issues on the properties that I would’ve otherwise overlooked. Communications with the selling party were seamless. The whole process was truly a walk in the park and I will definitely be going back to Dallas for my next property.
