I highly recommend Dan! Dan recently assisted us in selling our home. The whole process was a great experience. Selling and buying can be so stressful but Dan walked me through each step of the process and answered any questions I had. Honestly, we had fun getting it done! He was knowledgeable and helped guide me through this crazy market. He's extremely professional and friendly. If I were buying a house in Washington, Dan would be my go to!

I was introduce to Dan through my mortgage broker of several years. He presented himself with an open and low pressure professionalism that I found reassuring. His knowledge of the marketplace and his marketing skills were impressive and spot on for me. Dan is aggressive from the beginning with strategies and frequent communication regarding processes and progress. This resulted in my better understanding of all aspects of selling a home. As a first time home seller, working with Dan on the sale was a wonderful experience. With his help, we were able to sell the home for more than I thought I would ever get. Dan had solid advice to help me prepare the house to sell and he was always available when I had questions. He listened to my concerns and always provided the right guidance and options, including recommending the right professionals to do the work I needed in the house to get the best price. Communication is key, and Dan kept me informed on what was happening throughout the process. He provided a timetable of what was going to happen each step of the way. Dan brings his vast knowledge of what works to sell a house, shows the utmost professionalism and remains easy to speak with. His level of customer satisfaction second to none! Dan was a great agent to work with through our home selling process. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He provided us with all the right information from the very start and we very rarely had to ask a question because he had already provided us with the information. Dan was awesome with his marketing and getting us to the right selling price for our house. Dan was on top of everything from the time our listing went live to when we closed. He went above and beyond for us as we had some very unique situations arise during our selling process even after we were under contract. Even though our process was a little crazy at times, and no fault of Dan’s, he made it a positive experience and held our hand through the process. I would most definitely recommend Dan for selling or buying your home!
