Amazing First-Time Buyer Experience – Highly Recommend! As a first-time homebuyer, I had a ton of questions and anxieties going into the process, but Holden made everything so much easier and less stressful. From the very beginning, he was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive—always taking the time to explain each step and make sure I felt comfortable with every decision we made along the way. He negotiated close to $30,000 in seller credits—which made a massive difference for me financially. Getting into any home, let alone the house we were able to get felt impossible in this market, but he helped make it happen! He was always one step ahead, super organized, and genuinely had my best interests in mind checking in with my lender and making sure everything was ready for closing. He even wrote our offer and was negotiating with the sellers on New Year's Eve. I never felt rushed or pressured—just supported and guided the whole way through.

Holden was absolutely amazing! As a first-time homebuyer, I was very nervous about the process and the decision in general. Holden answered all my questions without judgment, and he was always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I understood each step of the process. While I was lucky to find my house within a month of beginning to work with Holden, he was never pushy; he told me that we could continue to look for as long as I needed, and I fully believe that he would have continued to work with me for as long as it would have taken! Holden’s market expertise was also critical in helping me get the house when another buyer bid against my original offer. He and his team also made sure that closing was as easy as it could have been, and from talking with other friends who have had different experiences with their agents, I have an even greater appreciation for Holden.
