Holden was amazing to work with he assisted us in finding 2 rental properties in the East Nashville. He not only was responsive he went out of his way to accommodate us in showings and he made his schedule flexible to last minute changes. He negotiated the best prices and found the idea properties by listening to what our needs were. His calm and relaxing personality made it a pleasure to work with. We will definitely use him again and recommend him to others.

Holden was absolutely incredible throughout the entire process. He helped us look, buy, and sell over about a 6-month process while looking at roughly 10 different houses. He’s extremely knowledgeable on all the different avenues on the internet and social media to garner interest while selling. He was always willing to meet us at potential houses quickly and was always prepared to share the home’s details. We were behind lucky to have worked with Holden and we’ re happy to have made a friend in the process too :)

Scott and Sulinda are incredible! They truly are a perfect duo in the real estate market. Sulinda really tapped into our needs, finding us a well-balanced home that met all of our asks while introducing us to the various neighborhood identities throughout Nashville. When we were ready to pull the trigger, Scott took over the negotiations and helped steer us to a successful offer, despite multiple higher bids. They were involved throughout the whole process, responsive and greatly informative. Although this was our first home-buy, Scott and Sulinda made the process a breeze and we will be coming back to them for our future home endeavors.
