We've worked closely with Crystal over the past year. She assisted and guided us as we had a new home built, giving us fantastic professional advice, as well as helpful tips and opinions along the way. When the time came to sell our former home we were beyond impressed! Because of her creative advertising, incredible reputation, and business mindset, she sold our home in just THREE days at a selling price mucher higher than we thought was possible! During this process she recommended high quality local businesses to assist with any needed repairs, had the house professionally staged, and was in constant communication the entire time. Towards the end we ran into a few minor issues that could have pushed settlement back, but she was able to solve any and all problems to ensure settlement went smoothly and on time. Crystal's "get it done" attitude and her outgoing and friendly personality made working with her enjoyable and easy. We can't recrecommend her and her team enough!

Crystal was fantastic! My wife and I were first-time home buyers so we didn't have much of a clue about the process to purchase a home. We actually met Crystal from touring a house for sale that she listed. Crystal was friendly, knowledgeable, and didn't apply any pressure. Days after we were done looking at the home, we asked Crystal if she could represent us with finding and purchasing a home. We were so relieved when she stepped in, asked us what we like, and where we'd like to be. From there it was smooth sailing! Additionally, Crystal worked with our financing agent. Everything was pretty painless. Since the purchase, Crystal has stayed in contact with us. She is very down to Earth, easy to communicate with, and dedicated to her job and clients. Crystal Smith and her team did an excellent job of selling my house. Her advice was sound and practical, and she always negotiated completely on my behalf. She knows the market and she knows the other agents, and works well with them. Crystal has two skills that I know are exceptional. Her marketing plan works. She customizes her available marketing tools, from on-line targeting to community open houses, to successfully schedule showings. She analyzes, and changes the mix based upon the responses. Many people toured my house. She is very responsive to her clients. 95% of the time she answers a phone call, text or email within a few minutes. When she cannot, she lets you know that she will get with you ASAP. She always responds. I highly recommend Crystal Smith and her team.
