My family and I are so glad we had Craig Rosenfeld as our Real Estate Agent. If we had to give him a rating from 1-10, 12 would be the rating. The whole process of moving, selling a house, buying a house during the winter holidays was a crazy process. Craig made sure all our needs and many wants were his top priority. His guidance was spot on. He went above and beyond the call of duty making sure we could find the house in New Market, MD that fit our whole family in less than 2 months. The best part of working with Craig was the communication with him. He understood us and our needs. If anyone needs to buy or sell a house for the first time, 2nd time or anytime, Craig is the only one you should contact.

I would give 10 stars if possible. If you are looking for a realtor to help you sell your home or buy a new home, Call Craig Rosenfeld. Seriously. He is great! He is honest, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable about real estate. However, one of the most important qualities in an agent is responsiveness. If I texted him with a question, he answered immediately. When we moved to Maryland, Craig helped us purchase a house. Many years later we were prepared to call him to sell our house. Then Covid happened. When we were ready, he came over with mask and booties and a fabulous photographer to make our online presence perfect. Seriously, he is great! Thank you Craig. Once someone told me hire someone you trust and let them do their job. I did. BTW, Craig sold our house fast!

Mr. Rosenfeld has been a very trustworthy person to work with for our home buying process. As first time home buyers, we were anxious about the whole process, but our anxiety quickly melted in our very first home showing. He was keen to help us find the house that met our specific needs and was very patient with our idiosyncrasies!! He was always quick to point out the drawbacks and the benefits of a particular house, so we could make a very informed choice. Craig was involved in our decision making without being overbearing. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for their perfect home.

An exceptional real estate agent. Was extremely helpful in the preparation of the house for the market, helped to place a good sale value of the property, and assisted in accomplishing several buy proposals being submitted at the same time, and was instrumental in achieving a sale price that was higher than we initially anticipated.
