Sonja was truly a delight to work with throughout this entire process. Very responsive and thorough. She was also a great negotiator and made sure my concerns were addressed. One area of improvement is making sure the forms are sent ahead of time so the renter has time to review everything without taking up too much time on the day of the showing reading. Truly a small thing and I already talked to her about it at the time so I doubt it would be an issue for future clients. Overall, it seemed like she was passionate about this work and it came through in the end result.

Sonja was very friendly and easy going. She was patient working with my in-laws as we were searching for the right home! She organized our lists into categories and even made a comparison list for us to see with other homes around the same price range to determine an offer. She was responsive throughout the day and night and we did not feel like she was "spamming" us throughout the whole home hunt process. She answered any questions and concerns and was honest with us. Thank you for being our realtor! It was a pleasure working with you and we hope to keep in touch.

Courtney is the realtor. She is great. She went above and behind with us. A couple of only 23 as 24 years old. To make sure we had everything we needed. She made it possible even when it was impossible. She accomodated our schedule ALWAYS. from weekends to week days. She was always one phone call away and she tried to give us always a solution. We were able to close within two months of starting our search. I highly recommend Courtney. Hoping to keep in touch until our next search ??
