Cory did an amazing job working with us to find the perfect house. There was never any pressure to buy, but once we felt that it was the right place, he was fully on board to put his expertise to work and prioritize our needs and wants. Cory did a great job of responding to anything we wanted to understand, as well as keep us at an understanding of what was best for us and how to proceed. After a very bad experience with another realtor,Cory came to my rescue and fixed everything. He was so experienced in everything. His use of all of the new technology and how to use that knowledge in real estate was instrumental in getting my property sold quickly. He actually sold my home in about 12 hours and it sold over the asking price. Cory also assisted me with questions I had with my new home purchase. I have already recommended him to my friends.

I used Cory for both buying & selling transactions. Both times he made each transaction go so so smooth & a breeze. He represented himself very professional, knowledgeable & very aware of the law aspects. He is very friendly & goes miles to help in every way possible to make you comfortable. I highly recommend him if I would like to hire him as an agent for easy of mind & nerve racking during the escrow till the closing of the transaction.

Cory is an amazing agent! He helped us know what to offer to get our dream home and got our current house sold two weeks from the day our offer was accepted in our new house. He was so supportive and reassuring and fixed every bump that came up along the way. There is no way we could have gotten through all this without Cory. We highly recommend him!
