Cory is very knowledgeable, tech-savvy, responsive, friendly, and most importantly, got the job done. He knew the West Bloomfield area very well, having been a local for many years, and provided me with a few possible strategies to pursue that were specific to the time of the year and local comps in the area. After selecting our specific strategy, he was able to move quickly and to get beautiful product photography, list our house as coming soon, stage it, and run ads to generate extra demand. The results spoke for themselves as we had 22 showings over the first weekend, and were able to select a winning offer the following week. Highly recommend Cory as a realtor.
