Connie always goes the extra mile to ensure a smooth transaction and is very flexible whenever changes come about. Communication was constant so we were always in the loop regarding the status of the transaction. Highly recommend to anyone buying or selling a home!

Simply put, Connie exceeded our high expectations at every step of the process. From pre-sale walk through consulting on everything from decorating ideas and paint colors to furniture layouts, to writing a listing description that created a sense of, "you have to see this house", to showing and completion of sale. She even brought a number of her own items into the house to help the appeal and look and believe us, it did help. She has an eye for what the seller needs to provide for the buyer to want it. Our house sold in 36 hours, with 5 showings and 6 offers, for 10% over our asking price. It was all Connie. On top of all this, she was working the phones and email chains with other agents during the "private network" phase, before the house was listed on the MLS and that's where most of our action occurred. When it came to the offer and close phase, she's a savvy negotiator that provides solid counsel. She didn't take her eye off the ball until the closing was complete and the money transferred. Connie helped make selling the house easy. She offered helpful advice regarding work to put into house before selling & made me comfortable in my decisions. I would use her again in a heartbeat. She was always there to answer any questions.
