Colleen was amazing!! As a first time homebuyer, I was overwhelmed with the whole process and right from the start, Colleen impressed me with her friendly professionalism and her knowledge about the local market. She helped me navigate through the process and was responsive and helpful every step of the way. When my perfect home popped up on the market, Colleen was quick to take action and I have no doubt that I got the home due to her quick action and her professional connections. Even when I had trouble with my first lender, Colleen refused to accept defeat and put me in touch with a local mortgage broker, who in turn set me up with a new lender. Colleen never gave up on me and she was a true miracle worker getting me into my new home! Hands down I would use Colleen's services again and highly recommend her. She was absolutely wonderful!!!

We were relocating from the Central Valley to the Salinas area. Colleen showed us many houses in Salinas. Inventory was low. She suggested Hollister and took us to a new development. We found the perfect house. Colleen helped us get a good deal and helped us deal with issues with our lender ( they could not get their numbers right). Colleen even help us deal with an issue with the sale of our old house. ( delay of close for a month ). I would recommend Colleen!

My husband and I worked with Colleen when we decided to purchase our first home and then again when we sold that home to purchase a bigger one. Colleen is very attentive, quick, and knows her clientele extremely well. She knew exactly what we wanted and showed us only those homes that matched our wish list. Colleen did an excellent job getting us top dollar for our home and then finding us a second home that was perfect for our growing family. We have recommended Colleen to all of our friends, family and neighboors who also wanted to put their home up for sale. Colleen is a great realtor and if we ever decide to buy again, she'd be the first person we would contact!

Best agent I have ever had dealings with, simply the best. She not only addressed so many concerns and questions about this new home. She also worked with us to short sale our existing property. She even paid for the attorney who gave us advice and negotiated the short. None of it cost us a penny. She has done 100s off sucessful short sales, as I said, best agenda ever.
