Cody is awesome as a real estate person, most people could only ever hope to find someone who makes you feel so comfortable during a stressful process as buying a home. He does not act like a sales person which is what makes him so good at his job. He is not pushy and makes you feel Very comfortable through out the whole home buying process. Unlike most who seem to try to push you into a home that you may not really want Cody allows the client to make the choice that will make them truly happy. And then Cody looks into the property and makes sure that the client is not getting themselves into a lot of problems. I will be sending everyone I meet who is looking to buy a forever home to Cody.
