Cliff Porter was absolutely awesome! Long story short, I accidentally found the house I wanted in FLA on a Friday, late afternoon, just listed the day before and the owner already had an offer and open house the following two days. I called Cliff and told him the situation. Friday night 10:30 pm he had a contract in owners hand and Saturday I got the house. On that coming Monday he put a FOR SALE sign in the yard at the house I owned in GA and Tuesday I had a contract for a cash sale. In 3 days bought one house and sold the other one. Oh yeah don't forget, two different states! What do you think?

Cliff did an amazing job! He made the whole process really easy for us! He was willing to go the extra mile and helped ease any concerns we had! Not too many realtors out there who are willing to put on boots and wade through 2 feet of water and mud with you! Would recommend cliff to any person looking to buy or sell!
