Cliff is a rude person. He told us he'd list a house, then became non responsive and ghosted. When I called him he said he might need more paperwork to list. When I tried working out the problem with him to understand the issue so I could resolve it, his ego got the best of him and he got confrontational as if I told him he's wrong (when I simply tried to get his communication). He then went on to hang up the call on me. Not only did he ghost, then was rude, he also wasted us time in getting the house listed. Stay away from this man.

Cliff goes above and beyond to help you get exactly what you want and is extremely knowledgeable about his job. Cliff also has the right connections to get you any information you might need about a property or anything you will need to be able to purchase the property.

Cliff did a great job for us , we couldn’t have been more pleased with our service and living out of town he consistently kept us updated on the progress of the construction. We would not hesitate to use Cliff again.

Cliff Porter was absolutely awesome! Long story short, I accidentally found the house I wanted in FLA on a Friday, late afternoon, just listed the day before and the owner already had an offer and open house the following two days. I called Cliff and told him the situation. Friday night 10:30 pm he had a contract in owners hand and Saturday I got the house. On that coming Monday he put a FOR SALE sign in the yard at the house I owned in GA and Tuesday I had a contract for a cash sale. In 3 days bought one house and sold the other one. Oh yeah don't forget, two different states! What do you think?
