My wife could not have asked for a better person to have as our realtor. We live out of town and she helped us find the perfect home for us to buy a short term rental. She went above and beyond in every facet and every detail of the process. She made video walk throughs of the houses for us. In fact, she went out of her way one day to go by a house that she thought may be in a bad neighborhood to find out that it had changed for the better! She answered all of our questions, eased our anxiety and thought of everything. She even went to the utility company to help set up the account when they were giving us the run around on the phone. We can't actually imagine buying a house any where without Sarah! We can't recommend her enough!

Sarah was super helpful. As first time homebuyers, she really helped us get all of our ducks in a row! She helped us get accepted on the first house we put an offer on. I look forward to have her help when we start hunting for a second home!

Brandon was very professional and knowledgeable of the housing market. He was able to list my house at a price that would sell quickly and profitably. When I needed repairs, he provided a team of people that could do the repairs at a good price. I would highly recommend him as an agent.

Chuck and Susan are great. Once they zeroed in on the type of home we wanted, they worked to find and present several properties, including what is now our dream home. They were helpful with suggestions when it came time for closing they were right on top of everything when it came to the paperwork. I would highly recommend the House Team!

Chuck and Susan were wonderful! We were moving from East Memphis and didn’t know much about Germantown, Susan was very informative and helpful. They both went above and beyond it even after we close on our home. About two weeks after we closed we had a plumbing issue pop up. They helped us through it and stayed in contact with us and the plumber. They really care about their clients. I recommend them to everyone!
