Christy Needles has done an exemplary job helping find properties for me to build on. Said she stays on top of every single new listing and sends them to me as soon as they hit the MLS. I truly treasure communication and she stays on top of it. No wonder her team is in the top half percent Nationwide. If you need a good realtor I would call Christy Needles.

Christy is absolutely AMAZING! She is very knowledgeable regarding property, property values, areas, HOA reputations, and so much more. She is very responsive and treats each client like they are her only client. I will definitely choose to work with Christy again if I need to buy or sell a home.

Outstanding job. I would recommend her anytime of the day. Have her currently looking for more property and am hoping that we find something very soon so that way we can potentially build a new house on the property and live happily ever after. That would make my day if we could find it very quickly

Darin did a great job helping find a house in my budget for me! He had great advice and assisted with anything I needed in this process. I found the Needles team on Dave Ramsey's website and was not disappointed. Darin was professional in is communication, but still very friendly and good to get to know! He went above and beyond being open to look at house after house with me until we found the one. He was extremely responsive even outside of business hours and offered assistance any time I needed it.
