This is coming from an ole 3rd rate Henry county builder Christy Chandler hands down has been the best realtor we've ever had the pleasure to work with. She's has had our last 5 houses all under contract in less than 2 weeks!!!! We love her dynamic tenacity, her ability to negotiate with other agents, and always keeping us updated on inspections, requested repairs, as well as upcoming closing procedures. Christy is awesome! Buying a home (especially for the first time) can be daunting, but she helped to make it as easy and stress free as possible. She is very communicative, helpful, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is in need of an exceptional realtor!

Christy is amazing, she provided us with everything we needed and we were able to close on a home we love. Christy did a stellar job representing us through the sale of our home. She was there to guide us along the way, and helped us navigate the selling process. She was readily available anytime we had questions at the click of a text, phone, or email. We highly recommend her, she is extremely talented and so kind and compassionate. Christy also sold my parents home and we knew when we were ready to sell ours she would be the agent we went with. You can’t go wrong Christy and her team, they are top notch!!!

We interviewed three agents before selecting Christy to help us sell our home. Christy provided the complete package…. Photography was fabulous, the marketing was excellent and her knowledge of the local market allowed us to ask for and get the top value. Not only was Christy great but so was her support team… kept us right on task. I would give Christy 100 stars if that was allowed. Absolutely the best !!
