I met Chris Phillips in 2011 and he helped us buy a property in Murfreesboro to build on. We were so impressed with Chris's negotiating skills we referred him to multiple family members. He has bought and sold 5 other properties for our family members and each transaction was a thing of beauty. I am most impressed when he found my father in law a house outside of the city. He drove him all over for the perfect farm property. It was more than above and beyond, it was like he was family. Can't recommend him and his team enough.

Chris was awesome! We relocated to Middle Tennessee from Chicago so Chris did a lot of the leg work we could not do from a distance. I cannot imagine having another realtor that would go so far above and beyond what is or should be expected of a person! And he always did it with a smile on his face, and joy in his voice! I am now happy to call Chris my first official friend in Middle Tennessee and always look forward to seeing him and his wife when the opportunity arises! He is very knowledgeable about the Middle Tennessee real estate market and his friendly personality made it a joy to work with him! I have already recommended him to others and will continue to do so when the opportunity presents itself!

I wanted to start out by saying we were referred to Chris and Kelly from one of our family members who had used them in the past. We had thought about selling for years but did not think we could get a price satisfactory enough to allow us to move closer to family. After meeting with Chris we felt comfortable with moving forward and putting our house on the market. Chris went above and beyond to make sure our property would show its best with amazing pictures and drone footage. After viewing the photos and video, it almost made me not want to sell. Upon putting our house on the market we had an offer and came to an agreement with the buyer on the first day. Chris and Kelly went to work to help us find a property in Murfreesboro, TN that would meet our budget. After a couple of outings, we found the perfect property and had an accepted offer to purchase that property. To our surprise, Chris was able to coordinate the property we were purchasing to close at the same time as we closed on the house we were selling. We had never heard of such. Chris and Kelly made it so convenient for us in this transaction. We can't thank them enough. We love our new home and being close to our family. We have bought and sold with Chris and his team. Both times they have gone above and beyond the call of duty to take care of us. I couldn’t recommend him enough. If it’s your first home or your 100th home give Chris a call and he will get you taken care of and make you feel at ease. 10/10 highly recommend!!!

Chris helped us find our new home while we were moving from out of state. He made the process so smooth for us. We came into some issues with our lender, and Chris went to bat for us. He was there for us emotionally and truly became a friend to our family. He came highly recommended from a good friend of ours and we got to experience just how great he was for ourselves. We wouldn’t have been able to do this without Chris.
