We selected Chris to handle the sale of our property and were not disappointed!! Zillow connected me with Chris. Chris did an outstanding job to help us find a home. She is patient and knowledgeable, and an expert in local areas, analysis, and negotiation. I purchased my condo in 2023 at the time that was a seller market, and only few houses in the market. Bidding for buying a home was my nightmare. Fortunately Chris handled the tough parts and helped me win a bidding among 17 bidders. From showing, offering, bidding, negotiating to closing, Chris had been on my side for my interests. Chris was excellent. She was patient when we didn't know what we wanted and helped us figure out what we were really looking for. She gave great suggestions and recommendations with selecting the house and placing a bid on the houses we wanted. When we needed an inspector she had one. When our loan fell through, she provided us with one that not only got us approved but helped us keep our original closing date. I could not recommend her enough.

Chris made the process go much smoother than it would have without her. She contacted people and moved things along whenever things slowed down. She always responded quickly and got answers to our questions. I would definitely work with her again and recommend her to others.
