My husband and I have been full time RV workcampers since 2019. During that time, we decided that when the right time came, we would settle down in Perdido Key. In the summer of 2024, I was searching on Zillow, and found a property that was interesting, so I "signed on" to Taylor. She was very responsive, and I had to tell her that it would be at least a year before we could actually purchase a property. She was very understanding, and checked in with me on a regular basis. In November 2025, we arrived in our RV, and met up with Taylor! It was so nice to meet her in person. On New Year's Day, she took us to Perdido Key, and we instantly fell in love with this home. Taylor was very knowledgeable about the whole buying process, knew exactly who to call and what to do, and a short 5 weeks later, we closed on our own slice of heaven here in Perdido Key. We are forever grateful for Taylor and would definitely recommend her to anyone searching for their dream home.

True to form, she came through beautifully, despite some complications on the buyer's part. Wonderful and always helpful and does his job outstanding . He goes out of his way make sure his clients are happy . Always available anytime time day or night. Highly recommend him to anyone . He knows his stuff if he don’t he will make sure he gets answers you need . Dylan is a people person and enjoys helping others . Dylan will always be my go to when comes to sell or buying a home . Dylan is a wonderful realtor in the Pensacola area... this is not my first time with a realtor, so I know a bit about the process and some experiences to use as a comparison. Dylan gets 5 stars for communication because he never dropped the ball once. He is up to date on the area market, so his knowledge base is right on target. I was very impressed with his data base of buyers that were in the market, so he was able to set up showings immediately. I was also quite blow away with his positive attitude, kindness and respect he showed me and everyone that was involved. Dylan knew the value of the property and did not undersell it and when an offer came in, we discussed things and he could understand my perspective and support that with comparisons, so his negotiation skills were firm and I could tell he always had my best interest at heart. He is fair and patient and willing to go the extra mile. I highly recommend Dylan and his team to anyone looking for a realtor in the Pensacola area. I mentioned his team, he is part of an amazing team and that really is an added bonus in working with Dylan, he took the calls answered the texts all the time, but when something needed to be checked on real quick or a follow up, I could count on Macy for additional support all included when working with Dylan.
