Finding the right real estate agent is everything, and we feel so lucky to have found Kate! As recent empty-nesters, we decided to make the move to the coast, and we needed an agent who was not only knowledgeable about the area but also someone we felt comfortable with. We found Kate by chance through Zillow, and after a single phone call, I knew we had found the right person. Her friendly, direct personality instantly put me at ease; it felt like talking with a friend rather than a salesperson. Throughout the entire process, Kate was the perfect guide. We most valued her patience with our pickiness and her incredible insights about the different areas around the city. She was never pushy and always offered honest suggestions, which we really appreciated. We've worked with many realtors over the years and have unfortunately had several negative experiences. Kate is easily one of the top two agents we have ever worked with. She went above and beyond, from the first showing all the way through closing, and even recommended fantastic local businesses to help us get settled. My wife had the onset of dementia, and I decided to sell our home and move together to an assisted living facility. I had contacted another realty agent. Then I saw a Levin Rinke sign in my neighborhood and contacted them. From my initial meeting with Diana I was impressed with her knowledge and ease of working with her. From our initial meeting through the estate sale to closure, she handled everything and smoothed out every bump. Having never dealt with all the minute details involved in selling a house there was never an item that she didn't handle with the utmost care. I would highly recommend her as their agent.

Highly recommend Christina Leavenworth and Dylan Smith for listing your property! The photos of our home and yard were stunning and surely helped with the quick sale of our house. The Leavenworth team could not have been more dedicated and professional. Everyone on staff went above and beyond to make the process of selling our home as stress-free as possible. Dylan was our go-to person throughout the process. His response time to any call or text was almost immediate. We especially enjoyed working with him and are so appreciative of his dedicated effort in getting our house sold quickly and at a fair price, especially in this buyer's market.
