Great communication, yet succinct and respects times. She's friendly, efficient but also not a push-over and makes sure the transaction goes as planned and works to quickly correct even problems that aren't her responsibility. She immediately reached out to the listing agent, provided guidance throughout the transaction and offered input about the area, the comps and the pros/cons. She personally did the closing day walk through and came to the closing. I have worked with many realtors over the years and couldn't be happier with Christina... a true professional by every means!

Finding the right real estate agent is everything, and we feel so lucky to have found Kate! My wife had the onset of dementia, and I decided to sell our home and move together to an assisted living facility. I had contacted another realty agent. Then I saw a Levin Rinke sign in my neighborhood and contacted them. From my initial meeting with Diana I was impressed with her knowledge and ease of working with her. From our initial meeting through the estate sale to closure, she handled everything and smoothed out every bump. Having never dealt with all the minute details involved in selling a house there was never an item that she didn't handle with the utmost care. I would highly recommend her as their agent.
