From our very first discussions, it was clear that she was genuinely committed to finding us exactly what we wanted. We had a lot of questions throughout the process but Christian was incredibly patient, taking the time to explain clear answers. Her knowledge of the local market is unmatched. What impressed us most was her responsiveness. She is efficient to answer emails and texts. If she doesn't know an answer to a question, she'll find that answer and respond quickly. Thanks to Christian's expertise and dedication, we are now enjoying the perfect condo for us, one which we absolutely love. Christian was great to work. She kept us up to update throughout the entire process. Christian, as our purchaser Realtor in NC, worked with our seller Realtor in Florida to help coordinate everything along the way. We used her as dual agent between us and the couple we purchased from. This allowed for quicker communication between us and the seller. Very good experience. There is no way we could have done this without her.

During the showings, she made appointments to maximize our productivity and was able to quickly adjust them on the go to fit our pace.
