Chris made buying my first home such an awesome and easygoing experience. He answered every single question I had and was incredibly patient with me as I navigated buying a home for the first time. Even contacted my bank/ loan officer directly to clarify details regarding the closing costs. I hope everyone gets the opportunity to work with someone as personable and helpful as he is!

Chris was excellent to work with and very quick in action and mind. He was sharp, honest, has excellent home evaluation and people skills. Chris showed me several properties, assisted in setting up utilities, expediently answered questions and texts. Chris was very helpful setting up all inspections I requested and the closing was not drug out. Chris worked well with the sellers and closing company. He also knows construction techniques and methods. We had one small crisis with the natural gas connection and Chris immediately took care of this problem preventing it from becoming a big problem; he knows all the local contacts. As it turned out, no problem at all. .

Chris was awesome to work with! He worked with our schedule, kept us very informed throughout the process and sold our house quickly! He even helped us with questions purchasing our new house even though it was outside of his responsibilities as our realtor.

Chris did an excellent job. He represented us as both the buyer and seller on different properties. He was accommodating and always made time to meet with us on the phone or in person.
