Matt made the process super simple, defining considering I was a nervous first time home buyer. He answered all my questions whenever I had them! He came with me to my home inspection and made sure I understood everything that was going on! Highly recommend.

I worked with Cathleen purchasing my first home and it was a great experience! She was always a step ahead of any issues that came up and created a smooth process on our end. She is highly motivated and treats you with attention like you are her only client, even though she is very busy! The house I purchased was over 1 hr away from her but she had no issues commuting and showing me houses until we found the perfect one. Everyone she referred to me was great as well. I highly recommend Cathleen to anyone looking to buy or sell a home! She will get the job done!

Stephanie did a wonderful job when we bought our first home in Wilmington. She is knowledgeable about the area, well-versed in real estate law/policy, and extremely patient. She went above and beyond to help us find our perfect home. She brought her expertise again and helped our daughter purchase her first home. It was a fantastic experience during a time when homes were/are scarce in specific price ranges. She was able to negotiate reasonable terms to get our daughter into her home.

My on-going experience with James is pleasant and personable. His knowledge about the homes in my desired area is impressive and encouraging. Moving from out of the state can be intimidating but James makes me feel comfortable about the process.

I worked with Taylor on the purchase of my first out of state rental home and the process was flawless. As a Realtor in another state, I’m aware of 90% of what should be happening and was impressed. He was able to get repair bids when requested, do video tours, help me understand regional home build differences that were confusing to me. Overall it was a great experience working with Tay Tay as we call him in our house.
