Chris got us out of our starter home and into our dream home in a matter of 3 months, representing us first as sellers and then as buyers. We received top dollar for our home, and successfully closed on a property we fell deeply in love with in an exceptionally competitive and challenging market. He is so thoughtful and detail oriented. We loved working with Chris Jurach. We met Chris in a non-traditional way, but would recommend his services to anyone. In March 2020, we had made an offer on our home in San Francisco right before the initial pandemic-related shutdown. Much to our delight that offer was accepted, but then our previous agent was not able to complete the sale, which is when Chris stepped in. As first-time home buyers, we needed a lot of coaching and explanation, which Chris provided freely and expertly. Chris helped us sell our house in San Francisco and his dedication and customer service was impeccable. He was so patient with us and it was a stressful time because we had to live in our house while selling it. He was attentive to our circumstances and made every effort to market and show our property with minimal disruption to our living situation. He worked extra hard to market our property both on and off market and did a lot to generate buzz even before it cam to market. He was always available to answer any questions we had and helped us navigate through the sometimes complicated steps involved in selling a house. We felt so taken care of. In the end, because of his excellent marketing strategies, we received multiple offers and were able to sell our house for more than we had even hoped for.
