My sister and I had the unfortunate situation of losing our Mom and Grandmother within six weeks of each other this past year. From our first meeting with Stephen and Chris Barr from Barr Realty and Auction at our Grannie’s dining room table, to the final signatures at the closings, their team was amazing. They were always available, extremely helpful and transparent throughout the entire process. They explained everything in an easy to understand way. They suggested we auction both properties, along with personal items, at the same time. Honestly, it was the best decision we ever made! Their extensive knowledge and great judgment of the auction market in our area attracted numerous offers for Allison and I. I’ve selected a 5 Star rating for Chris Barr, Barr Realty & Auction as he was very courteous and professional throughout the entire transaction of the recent sale of our home. In addition, Chris always answered my calls or texted me to let me know when he could get back to me. Chris listed my home for sale the week before Thanksgiving and we closed on the sale before Christmas! I attribute this to his excellent marketing and ability to coordinate each step during the entire process.
