I would highly recommend Chelsea, she’s a great communicator and negotiator and is unmatched with her knowledge on manufactured homes, especially ones difficult to finance. We were able to get our dream property far under listing price due to this! I cannot thank her enough for her hard work and dedication.

Chelsea went above and beyond to sell my home on Mayer. The time and effort she put in to make sure my house was made to shine inside and out was exceptional. Her list of contacts in Yavapai County were invaluable in ensuring everything was handled professionally and quickly. I can't say enough about our appreciation. Chelsea earns her commission!!!

I feel there will not be enough room to describe how truly wonderful Chelsea was in every way possible in selling my home (that was my mom’s home). I had given up hope before finding Chelsea. She was such a ray of sunshine and positivity from day one. This was a challenge of all challenges for any Realtor. Chelsea went all out above and beyond what anyone would do to get this house sold. It was a manufactured home on leased land, which is really hard to find just the right buyer. She was simply amazing every step of the way. Outstanding communication so I always knew what was going on. She totally knows the area and is super knowledgeable about everything relating to real estate. She was 100% honest about everything, which was refreshing. She did not sugar coat things and I loved and respected that so much. Chelsea also has a heart of gold and really cares about her clients. She is a rare find and I would recommend her to anyone who wants to buy or sell their home. She gives 150% from beginning to the end at closing. The sad part is now that we closed on my home I will really miss her. She is the best!

Chelsea was excellent to work with. She made herself available on multiple occasions throughout the home search and home buying processes. She is extremely friendly to work with and very fast. Closed in 6 days! Definitely recommend her.

Chelsea was a god send to me when I needed a fantastic realtor. She has superb knowledge and expertise in dealing with multiple property types and situations. She saved me money and time closing on my current residence and is pulling out all the stops to sell my former residence. I could not recommend anyone more highly for your real estate needs.
