Charlie did an amazing job for me. I was definitely a challenging renter because I was looking for a house while I was in Iowa and Charlie was fantastic to work with. He helped me find an amazing house for me and my pets. Very pleased and would definitely work with him again and recommend.

Charlie was the best realtor I’ve ever worked with he also helped me find the best lawyer as well he saw that I was looking for a appraisal for my house online from there he was great he came and found me he was very patient and waited til I was ready to sell communication was open every step of the way he made the whole process very easy he was very knowledgeable of sale in my surrounding area and my house was sold in 1 day
