I'm was a first time homebuyer, so I don't really have an experience to compare it to, but my family said that it was the smoothest fastest closing and transaction that they had heard of. Shakirah eased my nerves, big time, through the whole process. She was incredibly patient no matter the question. Always answered super fast every time. If she said she was going to be at an appointment she was there. Took the time to explain things to me and just made the whole thing a positive experience. Highly recommend her as a great real estate and just a wonderful human being to be around, in general. 5 stars, all around.
