Sherri is great to work with and I highly recommend her. She is very knowledgeable in all aspects of buying and selling including negotiations, communicating with other realtors, communicating with our builder, etc. She provided a lot of great information and advice for our new build and she was always available to answer our questions and was very patient with us throughout the entire process as our build took much longer than expected. I will be recommending Sherri to all my friends and family and you should have no hesitation in choosing Sherri as your realtor!

From day one Katrina listened to what I wanted! The market was absolutely crazy, but she assured me over and over that we would find what I was looking for. I looked at hundreds of listings online, physically looked at 20 homes, put offers in on 4 and #20 was the charm! It took several months to get my home, but with Katrina's patience and assurance that the perfect place and one in my budget was out there, I am home now! Sherri is the most amazing realtor!!! This was not a easy process for me Sherri learned my taste and found ne the perfect house!!! I love my new home it us literally my dream home. She got me the square feet I wanted and the lay out I kept telling her I had to have lol.
