As first-time homebuyers who were making a move from overseas back to the United States, we were concerned about finding a home that we loved and with a Realtor that we could trust while not being physically present. This person would need to essentially be our eyes and ears, act on our behalf through the majority of the process, and advocate for us whenever necessary. We found all of that and more with Oronde. We knew that he was knowledgeable, honest, and straightforward. We truly appreciated his timeliness, despite the 6 hour time difference. He toured each home of interest for us via video chat and even provided detailed video footage when necessary to make sure we were happy and satisfied with our future purchase. We’re honored to have had Oronde as our Realtor and would recommend him to anyone we know/ meet.

Tammy is the perfect Augusta realtor! She handled an estate property for me while I lived out of state. When we both toured the house, she was able to help me decide on what features to update. She has great resources for all home repairs and inspections. Tammy and her professional team gave me confidence that I was making the right decisions.

Tammy is the best! My husband and I were relocating from Boston, MA and in the middle of us looking for a home the pandemic hit. Tammy was nothing but supportive and helpful during that very stressful time! While we were unable to come out and make decisions for our house that was being built, Tammy attended every meeting and made sure it was up to our standards. She is kind, caring, a hard worker, and so helpful. My husband and I cannot recommend Tammy enough! We will send everyone looking to buy/rent/sell her way!!! Thank you Tammy for your hard work. We LOVE our house and appreciate everything you did to make our move to Augusta, GA go so smoothly.

Karen became more than our realtor, she became our friend. Her kindness, mildness and knowledge won us over the day we met. After meeting and talking with her, she understood our desires in finding a new home. In no time she found our dream home at a price we loved. Day or night she was always there to answer our questions or concerns. Will be forever happy that our paths crossed.
