Working with Team Hinton was a dream come true! Everyone there went above and beyond to help me purchase a home that I love and get the mortgage to afford it. The whole team was proactive, responsive, supportive, and truly listened to my needs. I relocated to Ypsi from another state and it was a wonderful welcome to the community to have so many people helping out and checking in on me during the process of buying, selling, and moving. I interviewed 4 candidates before listing a property in Ypsilanti. Team Hinton impressed me with their knowledge of the market and their experience with remote closings. I didn't work with Candye personally, but her agent Brittany was great! We started home searching in the summer and had a Closing date set for the Fall. Brittany was attentive to our needs as client and made this process as first time home buyers smooth. It was a pleasure to support this black owned business and we will definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy/sell a home!

Kayia was an amazing realtor. She made us feel extremely comfortable throughout the entire process. A time that could have been extremely stressful, was instead a fun and exciting time. When we went to look at houses it felt like we were going with a friend who also happens to be an expert on homes. She was quick to point out both the positives and negatives in each home. We felt like we could always trust her, and would recommend her to all of our friends and family!
