I live out of town and asked for some additional pictures of a property I was interested in. Chris had a lot of reasons why he couldn't get pictures for me. I would not recommend.

Wow! If you're thinking of looking for a home in the Northwoods of Wisconsin there is truly is no one better than Cecily. I vetted 5 different realtors and knew I wanted to work with Cecily after our first conversation. She is whip smart, kind, and gets stuff DONE. She has a keen sense of what people are looking for and matching them with properties that they might be interested in, even if they don't know it yet. The entire time we felt confident in her expertise; she is extremely knowledgeable about the area, seasonability, homes, lakes, as well as how to navigate the buying process. She was also invaluable in pointing out potential issues or red flags. She knows the area and many of the sellers agents so we always felt a step ahead. We were buying from out of state so our search was a little bit tricky but Cecily was super flexible and even took video of places we wanted to look at before we flew in. She gave us her opinions good and bad and talked us out of a few situations she felt we wouldn't be happy with. Thank you to Cecily and her team! Currently writing this from our NEW CABIN ON THE LAKE!!
