We’ve worked with Cary on three (two as buyer, one as seller) real estate transactions now. She is excellent to work with, super knowledgeable about the Summit County market and has strong connections throughout the community. We’ve even recommended her services to friends who wanted to purchase a place in Breckenridge and they were very happy as well. In this most recent transaction, we placed our townhouse on the market early this year, just as the market switched from a sellers market to a buyers market to a stagnant market. So, this one took longer than any of us expected. Cary stuck with it, changing things up over time and coaching us on what was happening throughout Summit County and beyond. Cary did an excellent job selling our Breckenridge place end to end. What is a normally difficult process was made even harder by both selling our current property and buying a new one at the same time. Adding another layer of difficulty was that we wanted to try and do a 1031. For us, the 1031 was complex but Cary expertly guided us throughout the whole process. When it looked like we wouldn’t be able to perform a regular 1031 due to the timing, she pulled off a small miracle and we were able to sell one day and buy the next. She threaded the needle for us. Also, after the whole process she was there answering any follow up questions quickly that normally arise after you move in. I can’t recommend Cary enough and trust her completely with the whole process of both buying and selling a property.

Cary was great to work with. Her knowledge of the process made me confident that the purchase price was fair. She also ensured that the seller took care of all the issues found by the inspector. I would definitely recommend Cary as a buyer's agent.
