Cary did an excellent job selling our Breckenridge place end to end. What is a normally difficult process was made even harder by both selling our current property and buying a new one at the same time. Adding another layer of difficulty was that we wanted to try and do a 1031. For us, the 1031 was complex but Cary expertly guided us throughout the whole process. When it looked like we wouldn’t be able to perform a regular 1031 due to the timing, she pulled off a small miracle and we were able to sell one day and buy the next. She threaded the needle for us. Also, after the whole process she was there answering any follow up questions quickly that normally arise after you move in. I can’t recommend Cary enough and trust her completely with the whole process of both buying and selling a property.

Cary was great to work with. Her knowledge of the process made me confident that the purchase price was fair. She also ensured that the seller took care of all the issues found by the inspector. I would definitely recommend Cary as a buyer's agent.

Cary did an outstanding job selling our beloved Breckenridge home, which we lived in full time for 12 years. The experience couldn't have gone more smoothly - our home went under contract in 5 days for over full asking price. She guided us through every step until we closed, making sure we understood everything. She made recommendations that demonstrated her level of expertise and experience, and always communicated quickly. She is also just down to earth and easy to talk to, both professionally and personally. I would highly recommend her to anyone, whether a local or second home owner.
